HOW TO MEASURE
Band Size
Start by circling your rib cage right under your bust with a measuring tape. If it's an even number, add 4 inches. If it's an odd number, add 5. (Trust us, it works!)
Cup Size
Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust with a measuring tape. Make sure you're not wearing a padded bra! Now subtract your band size from this number and use the chart below. 1=A, 2=B, 3=C, 4=D, 5=DD
Example
If your band size is 34 and your bust measures 36, your bra size is 34B.

Cute little bra. Has a lot of support to stay up with no straps, but it's ridiculously tight. I'd only wear it with strapless outfits.

good strapless bra
I'm always in between 32B and 32C (at Aerie). But since a lot of reviews saying Mia kind of runs small, I got this in light charcoal, 32C and it fits well in the cups (with or without the air pads). But I'm a little disappointed with the color. The light charcoal is darker than in the picture and the gloss/coral straps and bows are a little more "pinkish" which does not look very pretty to me. Overall this bra just do not look very good on me for some reason :( .
But the fit is great. If you are looking for a good strapless bra, go for this one as it stays up well. And if you are in between sizes like me, I definitely recommend going up in a cup size. The band does fit a little tight but a 34 would be loose on me (as a strapless).
