HOW TO MEASURE
Arm
With your arm relaxed, place your hand on your hip with your elbow at a 90-degree angle. Using a measuring tape, start at the middle of the back of your neck and measure over your sholder, down your arm to your waist.
Chest
Using a measuring tape, measure around your chest just under your arms.
Neck
Using a measuring tape, measure around the base of your neck.

Made in China Failure
I've purchased 8 of these shirts in the past 6 mos. I STRONGLY recommend to avoid these like the black plague. After having these dry cleaned these twice professionally, they have faded, sleeves have worn out on 4 of them. The other 2, I followed the care label and washed in a machine under a gentle cycle and still the same result. The last 2, I hand washed with Tide very little soap and still the same result. American Eagle, hear my call WHEN ARE WE GETTING AMERICAN MADE ?! This is a shame.

Great polo shirts!
I purchased the Citrus Orange and Background Blue colors. They look just like the website pics.
I called AE customer service regarding washing them -- was told to initially wash 'em separately (hand-wash, or rinse setting/quickest cycle)... b/c some of the color dye may initially "bleed" onto other lighter colored apparel.
No complaints with quality of polos -- and got thru to AE CustServ reps quickly; they are friendly & knowledgeable.

This Polo is great soft cotton, the only compliant is the long.
Please make it a little short, one to two inches short.
