All ae.com prices are stated in U.S. dollars. If paying by credit card, your purchase total will be charged according to your account policy on international orders.

Shipping + Handling
Your shipping costs will vary depending on the value of your order. All prices shown are in U.S. dollars:

Orders are delivered by air to international addresses via United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Express Mail within 5 to 14 business days.

Express shipping to international addresses is not available at this time.

Delivery cannot be made to post office boxes. To track your order, enter your tracking number at usps.com. If the tracking results show that your package was delivered, follow up with your local post office for more information.

Taxes, Duties + Customs Fees
USPS or its local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery.

All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery.

Placing Orders
All orders to international addresses must be placed at ae.com. Our call center will gladly place your order through ae.com. We are unable to ship more than 15 items per order to international addresses.

AE cannot ship fragrance items to addresses outside of the continental United States.

American Eagle Outfitters makes no representation that materials on this site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States.

Promotions
Orders shipped to international addresses are not eligible for Free Shipping, shipping upgrades, or gift-with-purchase promotions. We honor AE Money Cards and coupons with valid AE Discount Codes.

Gift Wrap
Due to customs restrictions, we cannot offer gift-wrap or include a gift receipt with items that are shipped to international addresses.

Accepted forms of payment
When placing an order at ae.com, you may use the following payment methods: the Gift Card, American Express, Discover, the AE Credit Card, MasterCard, Visa and debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo. We cannot accept checks, cash, or money orders as payment.

AE Credit Cardholders with a valid U.S. address can ship orders to international addresses. Currently, the AE Credit Card, the private-label credit card for American Eagle Outfitters, is not available for customers with an international address.

Gift Cards
You may purchase a Gift Card at ae.com in denominations of US $25, US $50, US $75, and US $100. Shipping for Gift Cards purchased at ae.com and sent to international addresses without any other merchandise is US $25. Shipping fees for a Gift Card will not be applied when including it in a purchase of AE products. Instead, you will only be charged the shipping fees that apply to the merchandise total.

You may use your Gift Card toward any purchase at ae.com, but you may only use one Gift Card per order. Please enter the pin number that appears on the back of your Gift Card when you redeem it online. We also accept older Gift Cards that do not have pin numbers. If your purchase exceeds the balance of your Gift Cards, you can pay for the rest of the purchase with your credit card.

All Gift Card orders will be processed at face value in U.S. funds. When you check the balance on a gift card that was bought at ae.com or an AE store, the remaining amount on the gift card will appear in U.S. dollars.

Returns/Exchanges
You may return AE merchandise by mail. Fill out, detach, and keep the top of the invoice that came with your order. On the back of the form, circle the item(s) you are returning and indicate the reason for your return. Be sure to include the bottom of the invoice as you pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Attach the shipping label provided on the invoice or mail the package to:

You will need to pay the shipping costs for your return when you mail your package. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. Returns sent from international addresses take up to five weeks to process after the package is mailed. The credit to your account should appear within one to two billing statements.

AE stores in the United States cannot refund tax and duty costs for ae.com orders delivered to international addresses. You will only be refunded for the amount charged for the merchandise.
