During November, the AEO TV Production and AEO Store Experience teams set out in search of American Eagle Outfitters and Aerie store associates who were delivering great customer experience. Our associates make every effort to go above and beyond and it’s time we pay up! As part of our continuing contest & recognition program, we went in to stores with undercover actors and surveillance cameras to “catch” our associates doing what they do best… being AWESOME. When associates displayed certain customer service standards they were eligible to win $500-$1000. Check out the winners below.
