A little loose...
Just in the waist, it's loose. I couldn't quite go down to a 2 because the thighs would be too tight. But very flattering and a great wash.

Go to Jeans
I only ever buy AE jeans because they seem to fit the best and this pair was no different. I bought a size 2 regular since the 0 was just a little too tight, however this made the area in the thighs not quite as fitting as I would have liked, but a run through the wash will help to tighten them up.
I'm 5"5 and was going to buy the short since I went up to a size 2, but I like a little extra length in my jeans so had to go with the regular and will just roll them an inch.
The only other thing is for a skinny jean I think the leg opening should be just slightly slimmer, but no big deal.
Overall, they fit nicely, the colour is good, dark and rich, and is accurate to the picture online.
