Too SMall!!
I read all the reviews and they all stated that these jeans ran too small, so I played it safe and ordered a size up. Unfortunately, Im going to have to order another size up! I like that the material is not very stretchy, but definetly sized wrong. When I wanted to reorder online the price had increased, but a phone call to customer service solved it, they were super nice and reordered at same price I purchased. Thanks AE.

Too Loose in the Legs
I bought the super dark indigo color Favorite Boyfriend jeans as well as this pair in size 6 short (I'm 5"2"). The other ones fit well, but these ones (antique indogo color) are much looser in the legs. The color is nicer, but they're too baggy to be flattering. Too bad AE jeans are so inconsistent in sizing, shape, and length even within the same styles! It's hard to tell if something fits you right until you try it on.

Order One Size Bigger
When I go into AE to try on jeans before I order them online (I need an X-Long), I usually make out pretty good with a size 2. However, after reading the reviews on this product, I decided to play it safe and order a 2 and a 4. Glad I did because the 4 is just what I needed.
The pants are tight and a low rise jean. Probably better off wearing hipster underpants if you're going to try to wear these. On me, they're tight on my thighs and kind of loose where my butt meets my thighs. I know the description says relaxed, but that's the only place where they are relaxed and that's not too much. Don't get these jeans thinking they're really loose, because they are far from that. And order a size bigger than what you usually get too.

TOO SMALL
I read reviews that they fit too small so I got a size bigger than I wear (size 6). I took off my size 4 pants that I was wearing and tried on a size 6 and couldn't pull it over my hips... I wiggled them on. Ironically, I could button them but half my butt crack was pouring out. The seat of the jean is too small for a 6. The color and style is good, the sizing is just off. It's darker than the picture. I am going to drive 17 miles to the nearest AE tomorrow and return them. I'm kinda bummed. I really like them.
