Perfect
Bought these jeans for my 5 ft. 11 in. daughter in size 12 extra long. The girl who can never find jeans to fit her thin but curvy hourglass figure declares these jeans perfect.

Not as Great as the Old material
I bought these at my local American Eagle, because I love the Artist fit. I got them home to realize how thin they are compared to my older Artist jeans which I use for everything including hunting/fishing, and hiking. They fit great when first put on, but seem to stretch a 'super' amount throughout the day. I wear an 8 long, and I feel I could probably wear a 6L in this new super-stretch material. These will work for school, but not as dependable as the 99% cotton ones.

Great jeans
My sister in law suggested AE jeans after listening to me complain about no jeans ever fitting right. I noticed these were on sale so finally got brave enough to try a pair. Wow! The fit is really great. After two days of wearing them, I got online to buy more. They were no longer on sale but I didn't even mind paying full price because they really are great jeans and even full price is more affordable than the other jeans I had been complaining about.
I did find they seem to fit a little loose. According to my measurements and the online size chart, i should be a size 6. My first pair were size 6 and do like them, but this time I ordered 4s and the fit is perfect.
