Payment options

Use the following payment methods for orders placed online and by calling 1.888.232.4535: the AE, AEO Factory Store and/or Aerie Gift Card, American Express, Novus Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Debit cards must have a MasterCard or Visa logo in order to be accepted. We cannot accept checks, cash, or money orders as payment.

For your convenience you can display ae.com and aerie.com prices in over 50 currencies. Credit card payments will be charged in the currency you choose.

American Eagle Outfitters will not honor gift exemptions on Canadian orders.

Currently, the AE Credit Card, the private-label credit card for American Eagle Outfitters, is not available for Canadian customers.

Credit Cards will be charged in the currency you choose. Foreign transaction fees will be charged according to your Credit Card policy on international orders. PayPal and Bill Me Later^® are accepted in U.S. Dollars. In this case, the actual charge to your credit card will be based on exchange rates when your merchandise ships and your credit card is charged. DHL, USPS or its local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery.
