To check the balance of your AE or Aerie E-Gift Card call 1.877.274.3004, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How to Purchase

You may purchase an E-Gift Card online or by calling 1.888.232.4535. E-Gift Cards are available in U.S. dollars in denominations from $25 to $500 dollars.

• You can buy multiple E-Gift Cards plus merchandise in the same order.
• You will be prompted to enter the recipients email address and then re-verify the email address.
• After you complete the checkout process, we will deliver your E-Gift Card to your recipient's email address.
• For same day delivery of E-Gift Cards, orders must be placed by 4:00pm EST, pending credit card authorization.

How to Redeem Your E-Gift Card:

E-Gift Cards may be used to purchase any merchandise online at ae.com, aeofactorystore.com and aerie.com. E-Gift Cards may be redeemed at any AE, AEO Factory Store and/or Aerie store, or by calling 1.888.232.4535. The E-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase AE or Aerie gift cards, applied as payment towards the AE Credit Card, or redeemed for cash, unless otherwise required by law.

• To redeem online at ae.com, aeofactorystore.com and/or aerie.com during checkout enter your E-Gift Card number and pin number on the payment page of the checkout process.
• Up to three gift cards may be redeemed online per order.
• All ae.com orders using E-Gift Cards at checkout will be processed in U.S. funds.
• If your purchase exceeds the balance of the Gift Card, you can pay for the rest of the purchase with your credit card.
• To redeem at any AE, AEO Factory Store and/or Aerie store, print out your E-Gift Card email and give it to the store associate. Any remaining balance will remain with your E-Gift Card number.

Lost or Undelivered Virtual Gift Cards

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen E-Gift Cards.
