What you need
- 1 green apple
- 2 celery sticks
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 1 cup water, coconut water or almond milk
- 1 scoop collagen peptides or protein*
What to do
- Core and slice your apple into quarters.
- Peel and slice your half of cucumber.
- Using a cheese grater, shred fresh ginger.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth.
