What you need

  • 1 green apple
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 1 cup water, coconut water or almond milk
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides or protein*


What to do

  • Core and slice your apple into quarters.
  • Peel and slice your half of cucumber.
  • Using a cheese grater, shred fresh ginger.
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth.
