Give the sweet potatoes and chickpeas a quick stir to ensure that they are seasoned, and pop them in the oven.\n\n4] Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are soft.\n\n5] Measure out and cook the lentils according to the package directions. The dressing will have a thick consistency, great if you want more of a sauce.
