What makes you #AerieREAL?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What I think makes me #AerieREAL is my confidence in myself, and being myself, and always putting my best self forward. One of my favorite quotes is by Joseph Campbell: \u201cThe privilege of a lifetime is being who you are.\u201d I feel like so many people are afraid to show people what\u2019s underneath. How can you get to know anyone without showing them yourself? Be yourself! Be real! Be you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lover or fighter?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I love everyone, but I\u2019ll fight you! I like a little fight, a little wrestle. Tickle fight? Good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s your guilty pleasure?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My cat! I love her so much. Nilly! The queen feline. She\u2019s so regal. She is my guilty pleasure. She\u2019s on my credit card, she\u2019s the background on my phone. When I close my eyes she\u2019s in my eyelids: meow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are you currently listening to?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Led Zeppelin. Rolling Stones. Steely Dan. \u201cCoffee table jazz\u201d on Spotify, get down with that!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Breakfast in bed or dinner out?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dinner in bed! I don\u2019t like breakfast foods, and I love dinner in bed, actually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do you read?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I really like inspirational books. Many Lives, Many Masters<\/em>, that\u2019s an interesting one. I read it in a day. Walked around reading. Read it in the car, not a good idea. But I couldn\u2019t stop. It was so good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How did you feel when you found out you wouldn\u2019t be retouched?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The thought of me not being retouched is actually exciting. I want everyone to see me for who I am, my crazy self. Whether I\u2019m skin and bones, or a couple little hairs here and there, little rolls, whatever! Take it as it is. I like it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right now I want to go to Thailand. I want to check out the temples, see the culture, see the people, but then I also want to go to the beautiful islands and explore that crystal blue water and go on those crazy looking boats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Probably my boyfriend, or just myself. But boyfriend. We\u2019re fun together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The flowers. The birds. Everyone comes to life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What body positive message do you want to share with other girls?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The number one thing to do is to not compare yourself to other humans. We are all different. There\u2019s nothing about us that is the same. I haven\u2019t found one person that looks like me, or has my same belly button, or my pinky toenails. It\u2019s you. Embrace it. Love it. Live it. If you like yourself and if you love yourself, then others will love you too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s one thing the world needs more of?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I feel like everyone\u2019s gonna say love. Everyone in the world needs love. But why not a smile? You can walk outside and make someone\u2019s day by smiling at them. Bring out all the smiles.<\/p>\n\n\n
