What  is your go-to studio look?<\/strong>\n\nI always wear tight tanks and leggings.  I can stretch easily without getting a lot of fabric in the way and go up into a headstand or arm balance without my shirt flying up.  I also always have a loose layer nearby to throw on during warmups and when I leave the studio on a cold day.\n\nIn three words, how would describe your style?<\/strong>\n\nComfortable, Minimalistic, Classic\n\n\"Real<\/a>\n\nWhat are your favorite trends this season?<\/strong>\n\nI love olive! Olive is the new neutral and It goes with everything.  I also love our white binding undies\u2026very retro!\n\n\"Real<\/a>\n\nWhat is your favorite Aerie item?<\/strong>\n\nOur Sports Bras! I just ordered 3 new styles.  My newest favorite is the aerie Mesh Seamless Racerback.\n\n\"Real<\/a>\n

Give yourself a break!!!!\n\nTell us more!<\/strong>\n\nI always put too much pressure on myself to eat healthier, run faster, work harder.  Yoga has challenged that!  Last year I had a serious running injury from overuse and it sidelined me.  I had put so much of my identity into the fact that I ran marathons and I ran fast.  When I couldn’t run anymore, I didn’t know who I was, but something has changed over the last year.  I allowed myself to slow down and take a day off here and there.  It\u2019s important to take care of yourself.  No one else can do that for you.  I make sure to take a moment every day and sit quietly.  No TV, no music, just breathe.  My Aerie REAL is loving myself enough to stop pushing. And my wild curly hair. My hair is untamable, and sometimes I have to let that go too!\n
