  1. Wear SPF<\/a> and reapply regularly<\/a> (and don\u2019t forget your ears, scalp, tops of hands and feet)! To keep your face safe, apply sunscreen starting from the outside and work your way in.<\/li>\n \t
  2. Always important, especially when you\u2019re out in the heat: stay hydrated<\/a>!<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\"7<\/a>\n
      \n \t
    1. Wear a wide brim hat<\/a> to shade your face from the rays.<\/li>\n \t
    2. Grab a pair of sunnies<\/a> before you head out the door! And make sure they provide 100% UV protection.<\/li>\n \t
    3. If you\u2019re sitting poolside for a long period of time, take a bikini break and cover up<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\"7<\/a>\n
        \n \t
      1. Exfoliate<\/a> after you\u2019re out in the sun to keep your skin feeling refreshed.<\/li>\n \t
      2. Eat your SPF! Load up on foods<\/a> rich in Vitamin C and E like berries and nuts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
