class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 cup of sugar<\/li><li>6 tbsp. of salted butter, cubed<\/li><li>Pinch of salt<\/li><li>2\/3 cup of heavy cream, at room temperature<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>WHAT TO DO:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Melt the cup of sugar in a large sauce pan over medium heat.<\/li><li>Stir the sugar as it continues to cook, becoming a deep amber color.<\/li><li>Add butter and salt, continuing to stir the mixture.<\/li><li>Pour in the heavy cream until there is a smooth consistency.<\/li><li>Remove from heat and let cool.<\/li><li>Store in the FLOAT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WHAT YOU NEED:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Vanilla ice cream<\/li><li>Apple cider<\/li><li>Sparkling apple cider<\/li><li>Homemade salted caramel sauce<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>WHAT TO DO:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Drizzle a tall glass with homemade salted caramel sauce.<\/li><li>Add 1 or 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream to the glass.<\/li><li>Fill 2\/3 of the way with apple cider.<\/li><li>Top with <em>sparkling<\/em> apple cider.<\/li><li>Drizzle with additional salted caramel sauce and garnish with a cinnamon stick or
