In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Dissolve the baking soda with the milk and stir in. Add flour mixture slowly to the pumpkin mixture. Mix well.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Add vanilla and chocolate chips.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet and back at 350 degrees for roughly 10 minutes. I bake them until they begin to firm.
