WHAT YOU NEED<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • 4 tbsp. water<\/li>
  • 2 cups sugar<\/li>
  • 1\/2 tsp cream of tartar<\/li>
  • Food coloring <\/li>
  • Lollipop sticks<\/li>
  • Heart-shaped lollipop molds<\/li>
  • Sugar thermometer<\/li>
  • Vegetable oil<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    \"How<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    WHAT TO DO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Put sugar, cream of tartar and water in a medium sizes saucepan.<\/li>
    2. Heat on high until sugar has dissolved.<\/li>
    3. Boil sugar mixture on high and, using the candy thermometer, bring mixture to 295\u00ba F. <\/li>
    4. Once the mixture is at 295\u00ba, add your choice of food coloring. <\/li>
    5. While the mixture cools slightly, lightly grease the lollipop mold with the oil.<\/li>
    6. Pour a dollop of the sugar mixture into each lollipop mold, inserting the lollipop sticks as you go.<\/li>
    7. Let the mixture harden for about two hours. <\/li>
    8. Enjoy!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
