Once it has boiled, add the rice. Cover, and lower the heat.&nbsp; Once the rice is cooked, add the whole milk and evaporated milk. Continuously stir to make sure the milk doesn\u2019t burn &#8211; stir until it starts to boil. Once it has boiled, add half a can of condensed milk and mix it all together. You can add the whole can if you want it sweeter. Once mixed, it is ready to be served!
