We gathered an inspiring group of our #AerieREAL Changemakers<\/a> last month to continue our Real Talk: Changemakers Edition<\/a> panels. This week, we continued the virtual series with another round of our 2020 Changemakers in order to discuss how they ensure they maintain self-care practices while serving as entrepreneurs and organizers. Actress Jameela Jamil<\/a> moderated the live event, leading an impactful discussion with Maya Caine of MIVE<\/a>, Cat Lantigua of Goddess Council<\/a>, Katie Howland of Millie\u2019s Bookshelf<\/a>, Haile Thomas<\/a> of The Happy Org and Cassie Da’Luz Vieira-Manion & Chelsea Murray of Spoonies Unite<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
