We always recommend fleece as the ultimate cozy choice. Fleece is brushed into a soft, fuzzy fleece texture that keeps you warm but doesn\u2019t make you overheat. It is durable, resists shrinking, and is warmer than plain cotton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Which fabric is the absolute warmest option for winter?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you want maximum heat, look for our Sherpa or OFFLINE by Aerie\u00ae Cloud Fleece. Heavyweight fleece has a denser weave that blocks the chill better than standard sweats, while sherpa acts like a wearable blanket by retaining body heat in its high-pile texture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The secret is to wash the hoodie inside out. This protects the soft inner fibers from friction. Skip the fabric softener (which can coat fibers and reduce fluffiness over time) and air dry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
