If you're not completely happy with a purchase you can return it for a full refund.
In-store returns and orders purchased with OXXO or gift cards will be refunded in the form of a gift card.
If you paid with months without interest (MSI), you can still return items like normal, regardless of whether or not you have completed your monthly payments. Contact your card issuing bank for any updates to your payment plan.
Mailed returns will be refunded back to your original payment method.
There is no time limit for returns and exchanges.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
