Returns are easy
- Print a copy of your Order Details page & circle the items you are returning.
- Next to each item being returned, write the Return Reason Code Letter (see below).
- To exchange items, see additional instructions below.
- Put the items you’re exchanging into a box or bag with the completed Order Details page.
- Attach your shipping label.
- Take your package to the post office, pay for postage and ship it!
- The original tender type or form of payment used for the order will be credited and/or you will receive an AEO Gift Card, depending on how the items were initially purchased.
