To use AE Live you must set up a free AE Live account (called a LivePass) in the AE Live app. It will be separate from your American Eagle account. You are not required to have an American Eagle account to sign up for AE Live.
You can shop and place orders directly from the AE Live app, where you will be connected with an AE stylist through a one-to-one, live video experience. They will help you with your shopping and checkout experience.

AE Live accepts Apple Pay or any major credit or debit card.
You can track your AE Live orders in the AE Live app, using the links in your order confirmation and shipping emails, or through the AE order tracking page. Please note that your AE Live orders will not appear in your order history on AE.com.
Yes, you can enter your Real Rewards account number in the AE Live app to earn points on your order. You should see your points reflected in your account within 24-72 hours after your entire order has shipped.
AE Live orders cannot be canceled or edited once they are placed. Once your AE Live items arrive, you can start a free return to receive a full refund.
Yes! Orders purchased in the AE Live app qualify for free returns. If you aren’t completely happy, return your items to your nearest open AE or Aerie store, or by mail using our online portal. Start a Return
