Awesome Jeans!
I bought a pair of bootcut AE jeans about 6 years ago and they were my all time favorite pair EVER. I wore them till I literally could not wear them anymore. Since then I have been waiting to find a similar pair at AE but never had any luck....until now! I love my jeans low...these are...I love my jeans fitted, but not so tight I can not breath....these are...I love my jeans with a bit of an opening at the bottom...these are...I love my jeans with a length that I can wear flip flops or heels and well....these are! So basically I have found my new favorite pair and I am going to get a 2nd one so I never run into this problem again! Thank you American Eagle!

Not liking the new fabric blend
I love Favorite boyfriend jeans but the last couple times I've ordered this particular color, they have come in the new super stretch cotton/polyester/spandex combo and I hate it. PLEASE bring back the original fabric.

BEWARE OF COLOR!!!!!!!
First let me start off by saying.. the COLORS on this site are REALLY WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought two pairs of jeans on my last order, both boyfriend fit. I have been looking for a light colored pair and a medium because i already have a dark pair. Between this pair and the fav. boyfriend "bright medium indigo" wash there is barely any different. this pair is SLIGHTLY darker.. and the stitching color is different along with the button. but NOTHINGGGG in comparison to what you see pictured. the real color of these is more of a pale boring blue which is extremely disapointing because i LOVED the color of these online :( the two pair are nearly identical, so much i had to check to make sure they really weren't the same pair... so BEWARE OF THE COLOR!!

I am 5'2 120lbs with wider hips and a slightly curvy frame & almost always wear a size 4. These fit Sooo loose. I got both pair in a size 2, and there is definitely some room left - but after washing and drying it will probably be perfect. I would recommend going down a size!!!!!!
These jeans are "Super stretch" which i really like. i hate stiff jeans that loosen up as the day goes on. The material is thinner, which i know some people hate but i personally love the thinner jeans. These seem to be longer than my older boyfriend fit jeans. The rise is PERFECT if you're short. The legs in these are a little loose but better fitting than others. Highly recommend if you are curvy!

Way different sizing from Boyfriend Jeans past
Boyfriend jeans have been my go-to pants for several years now but the fit and sizing of the new "model" are SO different that I would have to order a full two sizes larger, with little to no change in my body size, to make them work. With the clingy new light weight denim I think it's just time to move on.
