  • When do doors open?
    Check in starts at 11am. The day will end around 5pm.
  • Is there parking?
    Yes. You can valet for $35 at the hotel.
  • Do I need to bring my ID?
    Yes! You’ll need a photo ID to get in.
  • Can I store my stuff while I’m there?
    Yes, there will be a coat & bag check if you want to store anything during the day.
  • Can I share photos from the event?
    Yes please! Share your photos with #AerieREALSummit @Aerie
  • Is the space accessible?
    Yes! The event will take place on one floor, and the hotel offers several accessibility features. You can read about all of them here.
  • What should I wear?
    Whatever makes you feel good!
  • Will there be food?
    Yes! We’ll have complimentary smoothies in the morning & boxed lunches in the afternoon.
    Smoothie options: Kale, celery, apple, banana, blueberry, strawberry, coconut, spirulina, hemp seed, flaxseed, chia & wheatgrass shots
    Sandwich options: Marinated grilled eggplant or Roasted turkey
    Drinks: Blue Stone Lane coffees, Bushwick Teas, Fever Tree Sodas, still & sparkling water
  • What are your tips for practicing good hygiene at the event?
    Air hugs & kisses only! With the current health concerns, please take extra care to practice your best hygiene. Avoid handshakes, wash your hands often & take advantage of the hand sanitizers in the space.
