Placing + Receiving Orders

Canadian addresses in urban areas will receive orders 6 to 10 business days after an order is placed. Delivery to rural addresses may take 20 to 22 business days. Because orders containing more than 16 items may be subject to special import permit fees, ae.com, aerie.com and/or aeofactorystore.com does not allow orders to Canada that contain more than 20 items. AE fragrance purchases and gift-wrapped purchases cannot be shipped to Canadian addresses.

Canadian customers placing orders with ae.com, aeofactorystore.com and/or aerie.com agree to the following:

"By ordering merchandise from American Eagle Outfitters, I hereby authorize Russell A. Farrow Ltd. to act as my agent (for customs purposes only) and to transact business with Revenue Canada, to clear my merchandise, pay my duties and taxes, handle any merchandise returns and file refund claims on my behalf."

The above agreement does not apply to purchases made at AE stores in Canada. U.S. residents ordering goods shipped to Canada will be charged Canadian duties and taxes.
