Canadian Return Policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem. If you are not satisfied you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange, but we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
Shipping is not refunded.You may return your online purchase to any Canadian AE,AEO Factory Store and/or Aerie store.Please bring your invoice with you to assist in processing a refund of tax and duty.

- Put the items you’re returning in the original package if possible
- Indicate the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return on your invoice
- Choose a mail carrier, pay for postage, and send it to the address below

You must pay the nonrefundable shipping costs for your return. Returns sent from rural Canadian addresses may take up to 5 weeks to process after the package is mailed.
By processing your return through Russell A. Farrow,you agree to the following:By ordering goods from American Eagle Outfitters, I hereby authorize Russell A. Farrow, chosen by American Eagle Outfitters to act as my agent, and to transact business with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear my merchandise, account for duties and taxes, to return merchandise to American Eagle Outfitters and prepare and submit refund claims on my behalf for any merchandise that I return. I understand that the CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from American Eagle Outfitters Further, I also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund cheque issued by the CBSA in my name, so that American Eagle Outfitters can be reimbursed.
