Return or exchange items at AE, AEO Factory Store and/or Aerie stores

To find the AE, AEO Factory Store and/or Aerie store nearest you, please use our store locator, or call toll-free 1.888.232.4535 and select option No. 2.

To return online purchases for AE, AEO Factory Store and/or Aerie at an AE, AEO Factory Store and/or Aerie store please take the packing slip included with your order and the credit card used for the original purchase. The packing slip will serve as your receipt. If you don't have your packing slip, you'll be credited the current price of the item in the form of an AE Gift Card. If PayPal was used for the original purchase, an AE Gift Card will be issued. Shipping is not refunded.

To exchange online purchases for AE, AEO Factory Store or Aerie at an AE, AEO Factory Store or Aerie store, please take the packing slip included with your order and the credit card used for the original purchase. If PayPal was used for the original purchase, an AE Gift Card will be issued. If you paid in a currency other than US Dollars, an AE Gift Card will be issued for the refund. For exchanges, fill out the reverse side of the form.

Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Be sure to include the return form. Attach the shipping label provided with your original order. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return; and requested exchange items if applicable.
