International return policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem. If you are not satisfied you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange, but we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.We do not process exchanges for international customers.

SHIP YOUR ITEMS BACK
You can return items by mail.

  • Put the items your're returning in the original package if possible.
  • Detach the bottom of the invoice that came with your order and indicate the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return.
  • Keep the top of the invoice for your records.
  • Be sure to include the completed bottom of the invoice with your return.

You must pay the nonrefundable shipping costs for your return. Unfortunately we don’t accept C.O.D returns. Returns sent from international addresses take up to 5 weeks to process after the package is mailed. The credit to your account should appear within 1-2 billing statements. American Eagle Outfitters, AEO Factory and Aerie stores in the USA can’t refund tax and duty costs for online orders delivered to international addresses. You will only be refunded for the amount charged for the merchandise (shipping will not be refunded). If you paid in a currency other than the USA Dollar, an AEO Gift Card will be issued for the refund in USA stores.
