Currently, ae.com, aeofactorystore.com and aerie.com ships to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and main U.S. territories and possessions, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, and Palau. We ship using UPS, USPS Priority Mail, 2nd Day and Overnight delivery within the continental United States.

When you place an order, we will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available. If you are using MasterCard or Visa, the pre-authorization may appear as if you have been charged. With some institutions' cards, the funds become unavailable, but the account is not debited until the order ships. If the order is canceled for any reason, the time it takes for the hold to release depends on the issuer of the card.
All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions. It may be necessary to send your order in two or more shipments. Shipping charges apply only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for additional packages on the same order. Restrictions may apply.
Standard (3 - 7 business days)
- Your order should arrive within 3 to 7 business days after it ships. If you qualify for a free shipping offer, expect your order within 3 to 7 business days after it ships.
- Standard shipping must be used for all orders containing AE fragrance. At this time, we cannot ship AE fragrance to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Standard delivery must also be used for orders shipped to U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO/DPO and P.O. Box addresses.
- AE and/or Aerie Gift Cards shipped alone will always be sent using Standard delivery. Shipping for Gift Cards is always free. Regular shipping charges apply when gift card orders also include other AE and/or Aerie merchandise, but the value of an AE Gift Card does not affect shipping charges.
- Some items may be shipped from an AE, aerie or Factory store in the United States. Items shipping from a store can only be delivered to street addresses in the continental United States.
- Standard shipping by CanadaPost is the only home delivery option available to Canadian customers. Please visit the Canada help section for more information.
2nd Day shipping (2 business days)
- 2nd Day delivery orders can only be shipped to street addresses in the continental United States.
- Orders placed by 1 p.m. EST Monday through Wednesday will ship that day and will arrive two business days later.
- Orders placed by 1 p.m. EST Thursday will ship that day and will arrive Monday.
- Orders placed by 1 p.m. EST Friday will ship that day and will arrive Tuesday.
- Order placed after 1 p.m. EST Friday through the weekend will arrive Wednesday.
Overnight shipping (1 business day)
- Overnight delivery orders can only be shipped to street addresses in the continental United States.
- Orders placed by 1 p.m. EST Monday through Thursday will ship that day to arrive the next business day.
- Orders placed between 1 p.m. EST Thursday and 1 p.m. EST Friday will arrive Monday.
- Orders placed after 1 p.m. EST Friday through the weekend will arrive Tuesday.
