Where are the pockets?
I love the fit and look of these jeans. They are a great color and made of comfortable material. The only problem I have with them is the front pockets are so tiny you can't fit anything into them. I need pockets...

WOMEN NEED POCKETS
As many have said previously, these are not the same as they used to be. I've bought this style for years, same size and length, but the material is different and the length is more true to a long fit than a regular fit. My biggest problem is the pockets! There are essentially none! The front pockets are 2 inches deep (I measured). I cannot put anything in my pocket because it can easily be stolen or fall out. I cannot even imagine trying to fit a smart phone in these pockets. I do not understand why clothing designers feel women do not need pockets, but I thought I could always rely on my jeans.

Not the same!
I have been wearing the slim boot for years and they are the only pair of jeans that fit me well. Though just today I bought a new pair and they are not the same. They feel cheap and more like leggings because the fabric is so thin and stretching. Unfortunately, I will be returning them and having to find a new pair of favorite jeans.

Love the length!
This is my first pair of XL jeans and I love them. I mean, this is my first pair of bootcut jeans that is long enough!! I can even roll them up at the bottom. I am always worried about sizing because I am curvy and my waist is a 26" while my hips are 39" and that is in between on the size chart, but I got an 8XL, to accomodate for my butt and they are perfect. They are nice and snug and don't bag out. My sister and I both got these jeans and we have completely different bodies, but both XL, and they fit both of us amazingly. Definitely a great buy!
