U.S. Return Policy

You may return any online purchases to any AE, aerie and/or 77kids store or by mailing item(s) to our fulfillment center at the following address:

You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping is not refunded.

To return or exchange online purchases at an AE, aerie and/or 77kids store, please take the packing slip included with your order and the credit card used for the original purchase. The packing slip will serve as your receipt. If you don't have your packing slip, you'll be credited the current price of the item in the form of an AE Gift Card. If PayPal was used for the original purchase, an AE Gift Card will be issued. Shipping is not refunded.
