We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem. If you are not satisfied you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange, but we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected. You may return any online purchases to any AE, AEO Factory Store and/or Aerie store or by mailing item(s) to our fulfillment center at the following address:

To return or exchange online purchases at an AE, AEO Factory Store and/or Aerie store, please take the packing slip included with your order and the credit card used for the original purchase. The packing slip will serve as your receipt. If you don't have your packing slip, you'll be credited the current price of the item in the form of an AE Gift Card. If PayPal was used for the original purchase, an AE Gift Card will be issued. If you paid in a currency other than US Dollars, an AE Gift Card will be issued for the refund. Shipping is not refunded.
