Body confidence. What does it mean? How can we get it? How do we hold onto it?

Join Cultural Expert & CEO of Talk To Jess, Jess Weiner, and #AerieREAL Role Model & Self-Care Activist, Iskra, on the journey to loving yourself. We’ll talk about the REAL truth behind beauty ideals and learn how to create our own gratitude practice and power mantras. This workshop has 5 parts:

  1. What does body confidence mean?
  2. The REAL truth of beauty “ideals”
  3. Creating a gratitude practice
  4. Power mantras & moves
  5. Beyond body confidence

Watch them all or pick which topic you need today—this is all about what makes YOU feel good.

1. What does body confidence mean?

2. The REAL truth of beauty “ideals”

3. Creating a gratitude practice

Creating a gratitude list can be an instant pick-me-up when you need a reminder of all the GOOD in your life. Keep your practice consistent and present—stick to a schedule of adding to your list, and write down things you’re grateful for in the moment. Return to your list again and again. Gratitude is a daily practice!

4. Power mantras & moves

Words hold power. Create a power mantra to bring clarity and inspiration into your daily confidence practice. Use our words as inspiration, or create your own. Write from the heart!

5. Beyond body confidence

Continue your practice with Jess’s guided meditation. Use it any time you need a reminder that your body is your home.
