We are excited to announce that non-profits based in Canada are now eligible for Aerie Real Foundation™ grants!
Our inaugural Canadian grant goes to Plan International Canada, a non-profit organization that strives for a just world and equality for girls by tackling the root causes of gender inequality.
Here’s our $25K Signature Grant will support Plan International Canada:
Our grant will support Plan International’s Innovation Hubs, a program that creates think-tank style events.
Our grant will also support the Girls Belong Here (GBH) program which creates opportunities for girls, young women and gender-diverse youth to step into high-profile, professional roles for a day and demonstrate that women belong at all levels of leadership.
Finally, Plan International Canada and Aerie will come together in the coming months to hold a professional development day where young women from the organization can get real-world experience in the retail industry.
