While it’s not “officially” fall, we’re already all about pumpkin spice! We turned everyone’s favorite fall latte into a healthy morning breakfast for girls on the go. Read on to see how to make your own pumpkin spice overnight oats!

How To: Pumpkin Spice Overnight OatsWHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tbs. maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Almonds or cinnamon stick for garnish
How To: Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

WHAT TO DO:

  1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.
  2. Scoop mixture into a jar or container with airtight lid.
  3. Let refrigerate overnight.
  4. Top with almonds and cinnamon stick.*
  5. Enjoy!

    I’ve been an Overnight Oats fan for a long time and always looking for new great recipes, so I just landed on the great blog here 🙂

    Thank you so much for the great recipe. On the weekend some friends come to me and stay overnight. I want to surprise them the next morning with a great breakfast and have just found the right recipe here 🙂

    I still have a question; Can I do the Oats 2-3 days before or its better to prepare them the evening before?
