What you need

  • 2 tbsp acai powder
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • Two bananas
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Blueberries for topping
  • Cherries for topping
  • Dragonfruit for topping
  • Coconut for topping

What to do

  1. Chop pineapple, one banana and strawberry into chunks.
  2. Fill blender 1/4 with ice.
  3. Add açaí powder and almond milk to blender.
  4. Add pineapple, strawberries and 1/2 cup sliced bananas.
  5. Blend until smooth. Add more almond milk to your desired consistency.
  6. Pour smoothie into bowl.
  7. Top with blueberries, sliced banana, cherries, coconut and dragonfruit.
