What you need
- 4 frozen medium bananas
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
What to do
- In a blender or food processor, combine frozen bananas, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Once combined, transfer ingredients into a freezer safe container.
- Freeze for 24 hours.
- Remove the container from the freezer and let soften for a few minutes.
- Heat an ice cream scoop with warm water for easy scooping and scoop into bowls.
- Serve and enjoy!
