Orders placed online using the alternative payment method Aplazo can be exchanged or returned to your local store. Your Aplazo refund will reflect the payments made. You will receive an email from Aplazo with information about the refund.

If you receive a refund for an Aplazo order in the form of an e-gift card, you will be responsible for the biweekly payments to Aplazo. The actual refund amount is subject to discounts, taxes, shipping costs, and item condition. Please note that the original purchase must meet the deadlines set out in our return policy.
