What kind of workouts do you teach?  

I teach Zumba, Cardio Latin Dance, Hip-Hop, Tone N Twerk, Booty Toning, Abs Toning, Full Body Sculpt, Barre, HIIT and Cardio Kickboxing. 

What’s your advice for people who are just starting their fitness journey?  

Find something you love to do and stick with it! Don’t get discouraged and don’t give up.

What’s your favorite fitness move?  

My favorite fitness move is the Banded Butterfly Pulsing Squat. I like to use my Buns Of Steen Booty Bands and pulse like a butterfly to get the ultimate Booty Burn! 

What is your advice during these times to continue a workout routine without having to go to the gym if you don’t have access to equipment?  

No gym, No problem! The best thing you can do to continue your workout routine is to follow my workouts on Zoom and Vimeo which you can get on my website NicoleSteenFitness.com. You won’t skip a beat when you workout online with me!
