What kind of workouts do you teach? 

Kickboxing, Functional Fitness and Empowering Movement to discover the inner warrior and athlete in us all! 

What’s your advice for people who are just starting their fitness journey?  

Be super gentle with yourself and begin with movement that makes you feel good, brings inner strength, clarity. I’ve found that focusing on a skill you’ve always wanted to try and continuing to develop that is a great start. You’ll feel empowered as you progress, and it will crack open the desire to discover all the incredible ways your unique body can move. 

What’s your favorite fitness move?  

Throwing all the kicks is my fave of course!  For at-home workouts, I know we don’t love them, but the many varieties of burpees are full-body and effective. 

What is your advice during these times to continue a workout routine without having to go to the gym if you don’t have access to equipment? 

Deeply listen to your body daily, how it wants to move (or rest!) and go in that direction. Maybe you feel like a long walk, stretch, jog, getting in nature, crushing a quick online workout at home, developing a new skill. Keep a curiosity and exploration as we move through this time together.
