COVID-19 UPDATE
 
The temporary closure of all AE and Aerie stores across the U.S. and Canada is now expected to extend beyond the initial March 27, 2020 estimate.  The company will continue to monitor guidance from government and health officials to determine when to re-open stores.
 
Select “In-Store Pickup” during online checkout to ship your order to a store for free. In-store pickup is available for many items, and is currently available in select stores in the Boston, Los Angeles, New York City, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and San Francisco areas.
 
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up. Items listed as “Free Pickup Today” can be ready in just 2 hours. If your store closes before that 2-hour mark, your order will be ready in the morning. Many other items are listed as “Free Ship to Store” and will be available in 3-5 business days.
 
You will see a pending charge after you’ve placed your order, but your credit card won’t be charged until you pick it up.
 
You can specify a pickup person other than yourself during checkout. Both you and that person will receive an email once your order is ready.
 
When you arrive at the store, let any associate know you're there to pick up an order. Show them your confirmation email or government-issued ID.
 
Some items may be ready for pickup before others. Once all of your items are ready for pickup, your selected store will hold your order for 7 days. If you do not pick up your order within 7 days, it will be canceled and you will not be charged.
